一、原理
本試劑盒采用間接競爭(zheng) ELISA方法,在微孔條上預包被偶聯抗原,樣本中的殘留物新黴素將和微孔條上預包被的偶聯抗原競爭(zheng) 抗新黴素抗體(ti) ,加入酶標記物後,用TMB底物顯色,樣本吸光值與(yu) 其所含殘留物新黴素的含量成負相關(guan) ,與(yu) 標準曲線比較即可得出相應殘留物新黴素的含量。
